Delete your Retonis account

Retonis · how deletion works

You can delete your Retonis account at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.

From the app — immediate

The account is deleted the moment you confirm.

Write to support@retonis.com from the email address of the account. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

Your account: email address, name, and password hash.
All of your sessions and app credentials, and the notification address of every phone you signed in on.
Groups only you own, and the names and colours given to their controllers and relays. Controllers in those groups are released and can be claimed again with their printed codes.
Pending emails addressed to you, and the security counters kept for your address.

A group that has an admin in it continues without you.
The security audit log keeps its records of past events, but they no longer identify you — deletion removes every personal detail they could point to.
